Bill Luetkenhaus, president of Luetkenhaus Properties Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of
Dave Stinnett to their professional sales staff.
Stinnett brings 30 years of real estate experience with him to Luetkenhaus Properties including 25 years of office, retail and medical leasing/sales. A native of St. Louis, he started in real estate in 1977 with his father at
Thiemann-Stinnett, Inc. This provided a solid foundation for his expertise with commercial, residential developers and brokers in St. Louis and St. Charles area.
Stinnett relishes the role of helping developers create a vision of the future for the next generation of families in
St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren Counties.
"The challenge of master planning, growth within each municipality in addition to working with elected and appointed officials is an ongoing challenge," Stinnett said.
