Just Sold 1225 Tom Ginnever

Luetkenhaus Properties just sold the Southland Flooring Supply building located at 1225 Tom Ginnever in O’Fallon Missouri. The seller, SGE Investments Inc. of Louisville, Kentucky was represented by Tony Davis of Luetkenhaus properties and the buyer was IBT Incorporated of Shawnee Mission, Kansas. The sale closed on March 30, 2009 and sold for $465,000. The property consisted of a 6,000 sf building made up of approximately 1,800sf of office/showroom and 4,200 sf of warehouse space. The buyer is a supplier of manufacturing-related needs, from industrial bearings and power transmission, to safety supplies, industrial training, and supply chain management services.
