McEagle Properties Is Luetkenhaus Properties Newest Commercial Client

Luetkenhaus Properties is pleased to announce one of our newest clients, McEagle Properties. Luetkenhaus Properties will be representing McEagle Properties in the sale of their newest commercial development at BaratHaven. BaratHaven is located on the Highway 40/64 corridor midway between WingHavenÆ Boulevard and Highway K in the city of Dardenne Prairie, MO. The development consists of over 240 acres and is designed to include residential, educational and recreational components along with a 17 acre commercial development to include retail shop space and retail out lot parcels, office and medical office space. The development enjoys tremendous visibility on Highway 40/61. In 2007, Highway 40/61 was upgraded to interstate highway standards and an the outer road (Technology Drive) will provide a connection to the interchanges at Highway K and WingHaven Boulevard.
