TRH Commercial is Luetkenhaus Properties newest Commercial client

Luetkenhaus Properties is pleased to announce one of our newest clients TRH Commerical. TRH Commercial was started by Tom Hughes several years ago to expand his construction business and investment in the Commercial Arena in our region. Luetkenhaus Properties will be representing TRH in the sale of their 16,100 square foot building on Tom Ginnever Blvd. in O'Fallon, MO. currently anchored by Cole Engineering. Luetkenhaus Properties will also be leasing their 71,280 square foot building on Hwy 70 in St. Peters commonly referred to as the Sanford Brown building. Besides being anchored by Sanford Brown College the building will soon have a new tenant from the education sector--"Culinary Kitchen". This building still has approx. 14,800 square feet to lease and TRH will subdivide to meet a clients need.
